Total Body Wellness is a service-focused business offering a variety of Massage and Wellness Services, as well as access to supportive healthy lifestyle products. Our therapists are trained in a variety of massage modalities such as Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Couples/Duet Massage, Prenatal Massage, Facial Massage, Sinus Relief Massage, Foot Treatments, Lypossage, Far Infrared Sauna, and more.
Clients enjoy a beautiful, peaceful, private atmosphere with dimmed lighting, comfortable temperature, and super comfy massage tables. In our Hanson Street Professional Center office, there is a large waiting area, multiple restrooms, a water fountain, and outdoor seating and all common areas are well lit and clean.
Get to Know Tamy
My name is Tamy Foote and I’m the owner of Total Body Wellness. I’m 54 and I have three wonderful children and three fun fur babies. I’ve lived in Easton for the last 40 years, having moved around many times being a Navy child. I feel I have always had a “servant heart”, always wanting to help people in any way possible. After having my first two children, I discovered Massage Therapy - and wow, I could help people, be flexible, and earn an income at the same time. That’s when I knew what I was meant to do.
I attended the Baltimore School of Massage in a 650-hour program to become a Licensed Massage Therapist, which allows me to work in a hospital setting as well as a spa. That was 20 + years ago! Since then, the focus of my continuing education has been pain management, range of motion, Lypossage and quality of life. In 2022, I will be adding Manual Lymph Drainage. I am always searching for ways to add value to my life, my family’s and my client’s, too. It is my greatest passion to help others enjoy their best life.
